Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy complies with the General Data Protection Regulation introduced in May 2018, and provides guidance regarding the collection and use of personal data that you provide to Lizzie Shepherd Photography.
I may modify the provisions of this privacy policy from time to time. The new provisions will be effective as soon as they are posted. Please check this page periodically to ensure that you are aware of any changes.
Contact form
If you use the contact form on my website, you need to submit the following compulsory fields:
- Name
- Email address
- Message – i.e. the nature of your enquiry
You also have the option of providing your phone number and any other information you choose to submit. This information is not stored on the website servers but comes direct to the email of Lizzie Shepherd Photography. I will keep a record of this email on my computer and on the Google Suite professional email servers. You can access the G Suite Privacy Policy here.
Newsletter mailing list
To sign up to my newsletter mailing list you will need to provide me only with your email address. My newsletters are sent out using Mailchimp’s newsletter service and your email address will be stored on their servers, according to their Privacy Policy. You can access their Privacy Policy here.
Newsletters are sent out every few months with information about any forthcoming exhibitions, workshops and other general news. You may unsubscribe from these newsletters at any time.
I do not sell or rent any personal data to third parties; nor do I share any personal data with others, except with my workshop partners (where applicable).

Cookies Policy
My site uses 'Cookies' in order to personalise your visit to my web site and help me and my web developer understand how you use the site. Any cookies beginning with ‘exp_’. These cookies are set by our content management system and contain data such as the last time you visited our website and previous pages of our website that you have viewed. We do not store or utilise this information in any way. ‘exp_csrf_token’ is a unique and random sequence of numbers and letters which protects any forms on our website from spam.
