North Sea light triptych, Saltburn by the Sea

On several of my visits to Saltburn, I have noticed a wonderfully soft and metallic light soon after sunrise - wonderful pastel colours that lend themselves to a minimalist approach. These photographs were taken within a 15 minute spell, the light and patterns constantly changing and mesmerisingly beautiful. The long exposure times have brought out the colours and metallic sheen.
