Winter colour, Fewston Reservoir

A scene from a beautiful winter's morning on the edge of Fewston Reservoir in the Washburn Valley, although the colours might have you think it's autumn. It was a little precarious to get down to this characterful birch tree but my efforts were rewarded and I managed not to fall in!
