Twisted birches, Kebnekaise

Arctic birches are surely the most anthropomorphic of trees – seemingly twisted in movement, symbiotically, perhaps engaged in some kind of exotic dance. The backdrop of the mountains at Kebnekaise was very much the icing on the cake.
