Rock pool, Port Mulgrave

Whilst exploring the shore at Port Mulgrave, I came across this wonderfully formed rock, shaped into an almost perfect ball by years of pounding by the seas. It's very rare that I pick up an object from the landscape and place it somewhere else to create an image. But this one just cried out to be photographed. I had to work quickly: moments later the incoming tide had covered the scene.
