Harris light, Western Isles

Light rain gave way to the most magical light, so typical of the Outer Hebrides, early in the morning on the southern shores of the Isle of Harris. The distant mountains of North Uist were  enveloped in a thick blanket of cloud - seemingly wrapped in cotton wool.
