Camelthorns and the last rays, Deadvlei

Camelthorn trees (Acacia erioloba) in the clay pans of Deadvlei with the last rays of sun lighting the top of Big Daddy dune. Paradoxically, given its name, Dead vlei is the most serene, peaceful place and I deliberately looked for a clean, graphic composition to emphasise this.
