Autumnal grasses, Torridon
A walk up the lower flanks of Beinn Eighe in autumn and some wonderful colours at my feet, where the grasses were golden and glowing and remnants of summer pinks and greens still evident. The curve of the little water-filled welt in the peat made for a lovely underlying structure around which to base my composition.
