Guest speaker at Connected 2015 exhibition at Patchings
Posted on 2nd April, 2015
I’m delighted to be speaking at the launch of the Connected 2015 exhibition launch at Patchings Art Centre near Nottingham on Saturday 25th April. This annual exhibition has become increasingly popular with photographers from all over the country and the quality of work on display promises to be outstanding. It’s organised by Rob Knight and Karen Leach, who both work tirelessly to make this event better and better each year. Connected 2015 is being sponsored by the lovely people at Fotospeed (makers of some of my favourite photographic inkjet papers) and the mental health charity 'Mind' is also being supported - a very worthwhile choice indeed. I’m going to be talking on the top of ‘Unremarkable Scenes’ and am very honoured, if a little daunted, to be speaking alongside Landscape Photographer of the Year, Mark Littlejohn. I’m a huge admirer of Mark’s work and, having had the pleasure of meeting him a couple of times, can say that he is also a really lovely bloke. I look forward to seeing a few of you there!
